I enjoy supporting children, teens, and young adults who need support in learning ways to become less stressed, more kind to themselves, and learn to trust in themselves.
Therapy is a process that is unique for everyone and I feel grateful to be able to guide and walk along side others as they grow and learn ways to better navigate their unique challenges.
I’m told I have a warm and curious approach to working with others and I try to be sincere and supportive as clients and families bring in sensitive personal challenges and seek ways to improve.

Individual session: Support in exploring challenges, identifying solutions, and promoting growth and wellness. Sessions offered both in-person or online
PARENT COUNSELING
50 minute session
Parent coaching to support ways to improve areas such as communication, boundaries, and connection

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS
Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING-SCALE?
I do not have any sliding scale fee openings at this time. Fees are based on the current market rates for psychotherapists in the area. Any questions regarding fees can be discussed during our initial consultation.
WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
I am an out-of-network provider and insurance is not accepted for sessions. I can provide you with an invoice for out of network insurance claims. Please work with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits.
DO YOU OFFER TELE- HEALTH SESSIONS?
Yes, I provide tele-health/0nline sessions in addition to in-person.
FEES
$200 dollars/50 minute session.
I accept credit card, cash, and check for payment.

I am not on any insurance panels, but can provide a superbill on a monthly basis to submit to insurance for what they may reimburse
